As each apparel item is tailored and customized upon order, we do not offer exchanges or replacements.

If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have.

In the event of receiving a defective product and seeking an exchange or refund, it is imperative to contact us either on the same day of receipt or the following day. Additionally, a video proof of the unwrapping process, showcasing the condition of the order upon arrival, is mandatory. Refund and exchange requests that do not meet this requirement will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our apparel, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

Strictly no refunds after payment. If you have any issues with the product, please contact us, and we will work towards resolving the issue.

NO Cancellation, NO Return, and NO Replacement.

As per our company policy, we do not provide refunds or exchanges on any product sold, as each dress is custom-made.

Damages and Issues

We take utmost care in quality checking before shipping the product. However, if you receive a damaged product, we require a video proof of the parcel opening to process the replacement. Please inform us within 2 days of receipt by writing to us on WhatsApp, including your order number, full name, address, and the video of the damaged product. Our team will contact you within 2 business days and guide you through the process of product replacement.

Note: Size and colour cannot be changed after placing the order. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Fabric Availability

In rare cases where a product cannot be made due to fabric shortage or other unforeseen issues, you will be given the option to swap your order with any available product of your choice. Kindly note that refunds will not be provided, and we appreciate your understanding.
